Before launching Coleford Capital, Bianca Tristao was a Senior Investment Manager at a European real estate Asset Manager where she was responsible for sourcing, underwriting and executing UK and European investment opportunities. Prior to this Bianca worked for Knight Frank. Bianca has worked across all major sectors in property on both the consulting and client sides, with a particular focus on transaction and asset management. Lucy is the Founder of Farley Cove, a London-based Real Estate consultancy offering bespoke financial modelling expertise, debt advisory and transaction assistance.   Having started her property career in 2012 working at Mountgrange Investment Management (later to become Clearbell Capital) Lucy specialises in financial modelling, acquisitions, and debt financing, including creating and maintaining excellent banking relationships.   Since launching Farley Cove, Lucy has helped start-ups, established investors, and M&A specialists create robust financial forecasts and provided invaluable support throughout the investment cycle.

George is focused on investment management, operations and asset management at Kinrise. George has worked in UK commercial real estate for 17 years, starting his career at Knight Frank Investment Management and then became an Investment Director of FORE Partnership. He is also President of Field Lane charity, which has been helping vulnerable people since 1841.   Kinrise is an award-winning investment company (est. 2015) focused on reimagining and restoring iconic buildings to their former glory. Chloe is an Asset Manager at Catella APAM where she is responsible for driving value across a designated real estate portfolio. Chloe is also a member of the NextGen Committee British Council for Officesand is a passionate Reverse Mentorship and DE&I Advocate.   APAM is one of a select few asset and investment managers in the UK that can provide solutions for every stage of the real estate cycle, across a diverse range of sectors. Over the last decade, APAM has delivered successful real estate solutions for £4B worth of real estate across the UK and Ireland, working with global institutional and private investors, as well as local authorities and stakeholders.  

Dan has helped invest and asset manage over £2bn of real estate. His experience means he truly understands the key drivers and issues facing asset owners such as capital allocation, leasing, valuation, finance, business planning and placemaking.   He saw firsthand the shift in the flexible workspace market but was frustrated that no one was helping building owners capitalise on it. That’s why he was so passionate about launching Spacemade. To help landlords operate their space how they want to.

Dan is the Co-Founder at Candour an independent, privately-owned property development and asset management company. Educated at Cambridge University, Dan has worked at leading Real Estate Private Equity firms including Orion and Brockton Capital before setting up Candour.   Candour creates new & refurbished buildings with a fastidious approach to carbon reduction. We design spaces with flair and function, nurturing the needs of all our customers, but above all, we build partnerships driven by a fiduciary mindset. We work tirelessly to create returns for stakeholders, each & every time with Candour.

Tom co-founded Bloom after five years of development, asset management, and investment experience at FTSE 100 REIT SEGRO. He was also CEO and Co-founder of a data analytics PropTech start-up named GeoHood with Antler VC, and has an MSc in Real Estate from the University of Reading.   Bloom transforms under-utilised assets in London's inner city into 'ultra-urban' warehouse estates/hubs for operators across last-mile distribution, trade counter, storage, e-mobility, dark kitchens, retail, e-commerce & food/grocery delivery amongst other users.  

Maryia is an Investment Manager at NREP - a leading Nordic private equity real estate firm combining focused investment strategies and active asset management to achieve superior risk-adjusted returns. NREP's purpose is to improve the built environment to enrich people’s lives.    Maryia joined the newly created London team focused on pan-European expansion. She works closely with all teams from the Nordics, and loves the multicultural aspects of her role. Additionally, it feels like NREP gets the best of both worlds – entrepreneurial spirit and a significant scale.

Phil has held a number of senior roles in the last 15 years including CEO of Later Living at Legal & General, and Executive Chairman of Inspired Villages. He joined Infinium Logistics in 2021 and is responsible for delivering on the business's mission to Decarbonise, Electrify and Optimise the last and middle-mile logistics space.
