The goal of all of our self care should be to BALANCE our energy.What do I mean by that?Setting goals and going after them involves a great deal of HUSTLE. And that usually means we are using ‘masculine energy’. When we constantly in forward ‘go’ mode–we employ a fast paced, and an energy source that isn’t sustainable without some balancing factors.
