S2 Ep 18: Key Tips on Avoiding Burnout
As we start the new year, your hosts Molly and Liz wanted to share their thoughts on burnout in the workplace. Leaning on the always trustworthy HBR to cover the main causes of burnout and they conclude with what behaviors can help you avoid burnout. This episode stemmed from the hosts seeing different people in the public eye state that they needed a break, they needed a reset, they were no longer fulfilled with what they were doing. Being overworked or not being able to take a break is common, but ten years ago, it was rare to hear someone say they needed to take a break. Here at The Saus we welcome a break (and what that looks like can show up in many different ways. It might be finding 15 minutes to yourself, a long vacation or a sabbatical). Thank you for tuning in and we hope you enjoy.
