The Drop
Believe in the Run
A running podcast from Believe in the Run, The Drop is brought to you by hosts Thomas Neuberger, Robbe Reddinger, and Meaghan Murray. But this isn't your typical running podcast– we'll talk about running (of course), but also discuss a wide range of topics, from pop culture to pigeons (not real) to picking up trash here in Baltimore. We also interview elite athletes, industry insiders, musicians, coaches, and more. Follow along as we also discuss our own running highs and lows, as well as our favorite shoes and gear.

217 | Puma Fast-R Nitro Elite 2, Catfishing, Gift Giving, Early Aughts Shoes
It's the most wonderful time of the year to talk about gift giving, Thomas childhood trauma and Robbe almost getting catfished with fish. There's also some skullduggery in the office fantasy football competition. 214 | Daniel Fang, Turnstile
Thank you for letting us be ourselves. Few people have repped Baltimore better than Daniel Fang, drummer for hardcore band Turnstile (and many others). Even with their massive rise over the past year, including a summer tour with Blink-182 and three Grammy nominations (losing to Brandi Carlile for best rock song is an absolute travesty), he remains the chillest and nicest guy you could hope to meet. It was an honor to have him into the studio to talk about art, inspiration, living a straight edge lifestyle while on tour, and his newfound love of running. Show a bit of TLC.

213 | The Running Event Recap & Salomon S/Lab Spectur
Fresh off an absolutely bonkers week at The Running Event 2023, Thomas and Robbe recap what's hot and what's not for 2024 in the running shoe world. Meaghan is in California where she ran a certain race in Sacramento in a certain shoe that starts with Alpha ends with Fly 3, which we will talk about all of that on the next episode of The Drop. There's a lot to cover in this episode, and Robbe's concerned that Thomas has never dipped french fries in a Wendy's Frosty.
