Celebrating all mothers and mother-like figures with healer Raj Escondo

Send us a textHow do we appreciate the important maternal figures in our lives? We are joined by Raj Escondo (she/her or they/them) a healing justice practitioner who hosts mother-daughter retreats and supports the integration of body and land for people and organizations. As we celebrate Mother’s Day in its many forms, we also recognize relationships are not easy. The challenge can allow us to grow like what writer Anais Nin says: “And the day came when the risk to remain tight in a bud was more painful than the risk it took to blossom.”Find out more about Raj at:Instagram @rajpractice rajpractice.comPlease join our metagarden: https://discord.gg/MeRrhxKax4Collect one of our NFTs: https://objkt.com/profile/gratitudebloomingWe appreciate your support and help so we can bloom! Humility - A strong foundation

Send us a textThis week’s theme is Humility represented by Card 17 violets. The root word in Latin for humility is humus, which means soil or ground. Humility is about creating a healthy foundation. Violet flowers symbolize delicate love, affection, modesty, faith, nobility, intuition and dignity. One quirk of some Violets is the elusive scent of their flowers; along with terpenes, a major component of the scent is a ketone compound called ionone, which temporarily desensitizes the receptors of the nose. It’s almost like a way to cleanse the palate. Please join our community garden: https://discord.gg/MeRrhxKax4We appreciate your support and help so we can bloom!
