His love for yoga eventually brought him back to his love of poetry, and has since begun to infuse his two passions together.

11. Angela Nichole: Defying Death, Taking My Life Back and Finding Recovery with Fitness and Yoga

On this episode I am joined by Angela Nichole. Angela is a Business Owner, Crossfit Coach, Yoga Teacher and Reiki Master. When Angela was 22 she was involved in a head on collision and was pronounced dead on scene. Miraculously, she survived but had to undergo numerous surgeries, which left her in a wheelchair. She has since taught herself to walk, had two children with her husband, became a certified Crossfit Coach and Yoga Teacher.
