Keisha is a grad student, a math and science teacher, as well as a yoga instructor. We discuss how she came to be on the mat in high school, why having a good teacher in yoga is important, learning to cope and deal with anxiety and depression, as well as why it's ok to never stop learning. We talk about what it was like for her to work and live in a remote, rural community as a person of colour, why it's important to say yes to opportunities, and how saying yes can lead to our purpose in life.
