Elite Level Fitness and Longevity with Steve Mansfield

Jiu-Jitsu Grandma Elaine Beiersdoerfer

Send us a textI know I’ve asked this before, but what does a 72 year old woman look like? What is she capable of? What are her limitations? Many of us have preconceived notions of what a 72 year old could - or could not - do. When we conjure up images of 72 year olds, we might think of a bespeckled grandmotherly woman in a rocking chair with her knitting on her lap.  Certainly we wouldn't imagine this woman fighting. Elaine is a 72 year old grandmother of seven, who regularly practices and competes in judo in jujitsu. Hard Work Wins with Franklin Ausler Sr
