Introducing... Ryan Kelsey! At only 12 years old, Ryan started out working for his father's business as a diesel mechanic. After a decade, he transitioned into the medical industry, getting his ENT license and becoming a certified phlebotomist. Ten years into his phlebotomy career, he decided it was time for a challenge, so he went back to his roots as a "doer" and started running his own landscaping business on weekends. Shortly after selling his landscaping business and being brought on as a Project Manager, he got laid off and had to figure out his next move. Wondering what was next, he recalled a conversation the week prior with Jeremy Rosenval. This is where his journey with Sunrun began. Starting his solar career during the peak of COVID-19 in 2020, he quickly became one of the top closing reps in the company and has now found himself as a squad leader in East Bay.
