Here are two keys that I think have been crucial in growing our community. What would you add to the conversation?

100 cold showers in 2021 In the last few months I’ve shared why and the benefits I’ve experienced. Here are two more reflections. The first one sucks. They suck less the more consistently you do them and the benefits far outweigh the suck. The longer you leave it until your next one, the more it’ll suck. Length doesn’t matter. Anything within 30 seconds to 2 minutes is good. Anything longer than three doesn’t provide any further benefit (in my experience). Start now. Build the habit now while it’s warmer. That way I hope you’ll keep going throughout the winter.
