Just start sharing your heart and mind with what you have, where you’re at on a platform you enjoy using.

In his book Leadership is Language, L.David Marquet articulates two systems, red and blue. Both require different leadership languages. If you only have the language for one of the systems then we run the risk of being effective only 50 per cent of the time.
