Leadership is Language
In his book Leadership is Language, L.David Marquet articulates two systems, red and blue. Both require different leadership languages. If you only have the language for one of the systems then we run the risk of being effective only 50 per cent of the time. I hope this episode helps you advance your blue leadership language.
