British Olympian Adam Peaty spoke incredibly well at the Olympics in Tokyo, becoming Olympic Champion once again. When you get run down and battered, remember why you do it. Let that fuel you rather than burn you out. 

Be, do and then have. Yet somehow marketing has convinced us we need to fo more and have more to be more. Not true my friends. They keeps fulfilment a mirage.

To leave our next generation better. to do that, this generation need to lead themselves. To make conscious choice that take us closer to our potential.
