If you want to empower your next generation, open your heartset and mindset to consider them the present generation.  Insist on their contribution. Be unconditional. Ask questions. Learn from each other. Embrace conflict. Foster commitment. Leave them feeling valued. Have great innovation and improvements.  All because you had the courage to lead differently. 

What we do for ourselves will be forgotten.  What we do for others will be remembered forever. 

Darkness is the absence of light. Light is love. Be someone you love and do more of what you love and you’ll inspire others to bring their light to the world too.
