Leadership and what it means to lead yourself to leaving a heartprint
Lead yourself | Lead others | Leave a heartprint
Leadership is a verb. It is the act of putting your own needs to oneside to serve others. It is the act of overcoming your chimp response. It is the act of choosing a better response. It is the act of getting the best out of yourself. It is the act of getting the best out of other people. It is the act of getting the best out of situations.
It leaves a heartprint where those around you are left better than yesterday.
