Ep 188 Interview Sessions with Ginny Jablonski

On episode 188 I am joined by human and animal soul whisperer, Ginny Jablonski. Ginny was forced to retire from her career in international security due to health issues which were further compounded due to the prescription of opioids, which ultimately led to her second NDE where her brain forgot to tell her lungs to breathe. During this second NDE, Ginny was reminded that she has important work to do and instead of walking off hand in hand with Jesus, she returned back to her physical body, regretfully, but with advanced levels of consciousness. As an Intuitive, Ginny helps both humans and animals understand how past trauma is affecting their lives. The experiences of her own life compelled her on a journey of exploring the complexities of consciousness through the study and understanding of multiple esoteric traditions and modalities. She shares what she has learned on her journey to self-awareness with others in easy to understand language that is both practical and highly esoteric in nature. Her greatest passion is to promote the evolution of interspecies consciousness, allowing us to deepen our bonds with our animal friends. you'll never know if you never go

This is a short episode inspired by Callum Johns, (Graphic Vibes... not Marine Vibes as I mistakenly said!) https://graphicvibes.co.uk/ I don't hope good people like you and Callum have your dreams come true. I wish for greater blessings than you could ever imagine.  Given that Callum is about to go on board a super yacht, I throw in a few Moana references and metaphors... you're welcome  Questions to consider:  How far will you go? How will you ever know, how far you'll go if you never go? The only way to never know is to never go. So how long will you give yourself permission to find out?

Betari's Box

Betari's Box - a model for understanding conflict. You can read more about it here: https://www.mindtools.com/pages/article/newCS_82.htm I also refer to Power vs. Force by David R. Hawkins  If you want to see more love in the world, make sure you are bringing more love.  Your attitude affects you behaviour which in turn affect the attitude and behaviour of those around you. They become a mirror of your consciousness. Raise your consciousness and you will see and experience a more loving world.

Men need not fear heart-centred leadership

Men need not fear heart centred leadership. Men connected to their heart brings out the best in their leadership. They become willing to serve and sacrifice when tethered to their purpose and values. Toxic male leadership come from an absence of heart and a lack of love. The world becomes a better and safer place with men who lead from their heart. Please help me continue to encourage good men with good hearts.

Little talk

Here are three questions for you to ponder today: 1. What is something you'd like to do this year? Don't hope for it. Plan it.  2. What did you do today that made you feel proud? Reflect on this. Do it more often.  3. If you could live in anything, what would you choose? Dare to dream a little. Use these conversations to build connection in the moment.  Be sure to share your responses with us @alwaysbetterthanyesterdayuk Resource mentioned: Little Talk cards by @bestselfco

Your perspective may not be incorrect, it just may be incomplete

Be sure to listen to ep 186 with Kate Leavell in full.  Also be sure to follow @thesumoguy on TikTok for more wisdom! Your need to be right will affect your ability to be relational. Your perspective may not be incorrect, but it may be incomplete. Suspend your need to be right and instead learn to ask better questions to gain better perspective. If you waste energy trying to reinforce your perspective, you're a fool.
