Rachel Caplin leads Business Development for Fintech at Team8. Rachel made Aliyah to Israel in 2015 from her hometown Perth in Western Australia, sits on the Board of two non-profit organizations, and is a Fellow in the Nevo Network - an exclusive program for top-talent OIim in the Israeli tech ecosystem. 

Shai Levy, was born in Ramat Gan, and from a very young age he learnt to adapt to challenging life situations. He paved the way for the 8200 after studying physics and computers in high school and hurried to finish his matriculation in physics in tenth grade. From the Sisyphean classifications to the specific section to which he was admitted in the army which lasted 7 months he no longer recoiled. There he met Oz and even then they had signed together on a project that won them a 'Source of Life' award after they managed to convince their commander to promote a project that initially encountered opposition - and gained recognition for thinking outside the box. After military service he moved between start-ups and large companies when his last job was on Facebook. About a 2 years ago, he took part in the establishment of a Noname Security company that provides cyber solutions for APIs.

Daniel is the Founder and CEO of Ohh-Med Medical. He is an Computer Science Engineer from the Technion Technological institute at Israel and specialist in VLSI technologies. He has  few patents in the field of anti aging and urology more specifically, in the field of Erectile Dysfunction (ED). He was one of the first employees in startups companies like Saifun Semiconductor, Mellanox Technologies (today Nvidia), Syneron, Founder of Endymed Medical (ENDY:tlv) acting as VP R&D and CTO. He is father of 3 boys, two of them are stundents  at Technion institute, and he is married to Ora a distinguished lawyer at Israel.

Dana is the Founder and Chief Commercial Officer of Parcel Perform, the leading delivery experience platform for businesses covering 800+ logistics carriers worldwide. She leads the global go-to-market strategies and expansion efforts alongside the growth and commercial strategy within the company. The German-born entrepreneur and e-commerce logistics enthusiast worked in global strategy and regional business development roles for international logistics companies in Europe and Asia. Dana is a member of the distinguished eFounder Fellowship program by Alibaba, a network of international entrepreneurs and business leaders passionate about driving digital transformation. She also co-hosts the logistics podcast series ‘The Logistics Tribe’ and is an advisory board member of the German Logistics Association (BVL - Bundesvereinigung Logistik). 

Yariv is the Co-Founder and CEO of Reigo. He brings 22 years of software development and product management experience and more than 17 years of leadership of software groups and companies. Before joining Reigo, Yariv server as the GM and founder of Technicolor Israel, in addition he held positions of Head of R&D at Jungo, managing software deployed in more than 70 millions home.He was also an R&D and product executive in Cisco and Radcom. Yariv holds a Bsc. in computer science from Tel-Aviv University and an MBA in philosophy (as well from TAU)

This is a seasoned executive, serial entrepreneur, Intel Vice President, and General manager of Ignite. His career span of 25 years in tech consumer and enterprise markets.President of ASN (Accelerating Startup Nations), Tzahi was one of the founders of the Microsoft Israel R&D site and a member of its management team for eight years. This was also Head of Microsoft for Startups and Founder of the Microsoft Accelerators. His responsibilities span across 110 countries and included Microsoft BizSpark, a Global startup accelerator partnership with 200+ accelerators in 47 countries, Microsoft Later Stage Accelerators in Seattle, Bangalore, Beijing, Shanghai, Berlin, London, and Tel Aviv, as well as post acceleration programs and VC engagement. Prior to Microsoft for Startups, Tzahi co-founded a few startups, including Sequoia-backed Mintigo (Acquired by Anaplan), Vice President of Marketing & Strategy at Modu, the Israeli personal communications startup (IP sold to Google Corp). Tzahi held the position of Sr. Director of Business Management at Microsoft Corp. Prior to his period at Microsoft, Tzahi was the General Manager Americas and Corporate Vice President for the Mobile Market at Msystems (NSDQ: FLSH), which was acquired by SanDisk Corp (NSDQ: SNDK) for 1.6B at the end of 2006.  Additionally, Tzahi is among the 10 topmost Influential Israelis In Tech Worldwide (Business Insider 2014), and was also named one of the top influencers on Israeli Tech by NewsGeek magazine (Dec. 2015).

Lisya is the Senior Partner at Catalyst Funds since 2019. Lisya holds over 15 years of investment and management experience in PE and global leading corporations, in particular in the context of M&A transactions, post-merger integration and raising capital. Lisya has previously led the operational due diligence for the acquisition of Keter Group by BC Partners and managed post-acquisition integration. Prior to Keter, Lisya held management positions in one of the world's leading crop protection companies, ADAMA, and at Magna Steyr/BMW. Lisya has a multicultural background speaking fluent German, Turkish, English and Hebrew. She earned an MBA from Tel Aviv University, M.Sc. from Vienna University of Technology, and Harvard executive.

Eran is the CEO and Co-Founder of Juganu. Beginning his career, unconventionally, as a classical violinist, he changed direction and earned his B.Sc. in Electrical Engineering and Physics from the Technion — Israel Institute of Technology. Eran has over 15 years of experience building high-tech companies from zero to mass production. Eran is an expert in solid-state electronics and high-speed control systems, and he holds numerous patents in physics and algorithms. Juganu is his second start-up with his partner, Alex Bilchinsky. The first start-up of the two was RF Dynamics (goji). The invention was the magical oven. A technology that allows a high degree of control on rapid energy transfer to food products based on digital high-power RF components capable of modifying the frequency, amplitude, and phase of radio waves transmitted in ovens. He always brings together a wide range of tech fields to solve unmet needs - Just like he did in Juganu, which significantly impacts people's lives - for example, what they are doing lately in Philadelphia, Arlington, Mexico, Guatemala, and Brazil
