Dvir started his career in corporates like Partner and Comverse. Dvir was the co-founder and CTO for Eventim Israel the 2nd largest ticketing platform and company in the world selling 300 million tickets a year. In the last 5 years at Eventim he was the VP ML product for the entire group, building complex products based on Big data and ML and leading as CTO the first ever offshore R&D center for Eventim. For the last 2 years I've been the CTO for home365 growing from 4 developers to 40 emp. Dvir is thrilled to have the option to change completely the property management market and make it tech based, accurate , easy and transparent.  

Josh is the CEO and Co-Founder of Komodo Covers, a marine accessories company, that is bringing a new wave of innovation to the marine industry. 

Arona is a cross-cultural business consultant, trainer, mentor, and coach with extensive experience in working with global companies. American by birth, Israeli by choice, and Finnish at heart, Arona is a fan of building bridges and not enthusiastic about walls. With her team at TrainingCQ she helps close the gap between cultures so people can work together more efficiently. 

Ifty is Kissterra's co-founder and active president since 2015, he is passionate about business, innovation, and people. Ifty is a skilled tech entrepreneur, the majority of his career he invested in founding and managing several companies focused on financial services and data management. Prior to his business career, Ifty was a successful Israeli entertainer known for his music and TV show. Ifty holds an L.L.B degree with distinction, a master's degree in Political Science, and he is a graduate of the Linden B. Johnson school of public affairs' leadership program.

Hilla Ovil-Brenner is managing director of the Techstars Tel Aviv Accelerator. Having led her first company, White Smoke, to a successful IPO, for the past 20 years, Hilla has grown into a serial entrepreneur, investor, and mentor in the high-tech industry, specializing in early-stage startup development and growth. She has been named a 'Top 100 Influential People in the Israeli Hi-Tech Ecosystem' by Israeli technology site, Geektime. Additionally, Hilla is the founder of Yaazamiyot, the largest female founders group in Israel, with over 4000 founders located throughout the country and dozens of global projects in the works.

Ofer Gayer is VP of Product at Hunters, a SOC Platform which aims to disrupt the SIEM category. His role includes overseeing all aspects of product vision, strategy, roadmap, and user experience, collaborating with leaders across the company to make the vision a reality. Ofer recently returned to Israel after spending 6 years in San Francisco. Prior to Hunters, Ofer managed a variety of cybersecurity product lines and teams at Exabeam and Imperva. Before transitioning into product, he was a security researcher at Incapsula and an IDF intelligence officer.

Hany is a Product Lead at Fundbox, a fintech company providing an embedded working capital platform for small businesses in the US market. She currently leads two of the company’s core product domains: the customer experience and journey of Fundbox’s credit products, as well as Fundbox’s innovative Payments products, focusing on B2B Buy Now, Pay Later solutions. Hany’s passionate about building new products and exploring innovations that drive more engagement, delight customers, and establish product market fit. Hany lives in Tel Aviv with her partner, daughter and furry daughter. When she’s not busy solving customer needs, Hany enjoys crossfit, surfing, hiking and traveling.

Aayush is the CEO and Founder of OpsLyft. Before OpsLyft, Aayush worked as a Lead DevOps Engineer at Indix. There he was given the responsibility to handle the whole cloud infrastructure which had a budget of upwards of $5 million. This rigorous exercise made him realize the fundamental problems with cloud cost optimization and how it is an ongoing exercise. When Aayush researched the market of cloud management platforms, he found out that even though there are a plethora of cloud solutions existing, most of them were just focused on providing analytics or just using “best practices” to provide short-term solutions. This made him pivot from being a developer to an entrepreneur and he started OpsLyft with the goal to help organizations manage their cloud operations the right way.

Amit is a General Partner at Sweetwood Ventures, an Israel focused venture capital fund of funds. Prior to co-founding Sweetwood Ventures, Amit was a lawyer at APM & Co. where he represented private equity and venture capital funds, and high-tech companies in all of their corporate and commercial affairs. Amit was previously recognized by Forbes as one of Israel's brightest leaders under the age of 30 (Forbes 30 Under 30).   Amit graduated with a Bachelor’s degree in Law and a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration (Finance) from the Interdisciplinary Center Herzliya where he was also a member of the Rabin Leadership Program.​Amit also holds a Master's degree in Business Administration majoring in Management of Technology, Innovation and Entrepreneurship at Tel-Aviv University.
