Lisya is the Senior Partner at Catalyst Funds since 2019. Lisya holds over 15 years of investment and management experience in PE and global leading corporations, in particular in the context of M&A transactions, post-merger integration and raising capital. Lisya has previously led the operational due diligence for the acquisition of Keter Group by BC Partners and managed post-acquisition integration. Prior to Keter, Lisya held management positions in one of the world's leading crop protection companies, ADAMA, and at Magna Steyr/BMW. Lisya has a multicultural background speaking fluent German, Turkish, English and Hebrew. She earned an MBA from Tel Aviv University, M.Sc. from Vienna University of Technology, and Harvard executive.

Eran is the CEO and Co-Founder of Juganu. Beginning his career, unconventionally, as a classical violinist, he changed direction and earned his B.Sc. in Electrical Engineering and Physics from the Technion — Israel Institute of Technology. Eran has over 15 years of experience building high-tech companies from zero to mass production. Eran is an expert in solid-state electronics and high-speed control systems, and he holds numerous patents in physics and algorithms. Juganu is his second start-up with his partner, Alex Bilchinsky. The first start-up of the two was RF Dynamics (goji). The invention was the magical oven. A technology that allows a high degree of control on rapid energy transfer to food products based on digital high-power RF components capable of modifying the frequency, amplitude, and phase of radio waves transmitted in ovens. He always brings together a wide range of tech fields to solve unmet needs - Just like he did in Juganu, which significantly impacts people's lives - for example, what they are doing lately in Philadelphia, Arlington, Mexico, Guatemala, and Brazil

Oren is the co-founder and CEO of Superwise, the leading platform for model observability. With over 15 years of experience leading the development, deployment, and scaling of ML products, Oren is an expert ML practitioner specializing in MLOps tools and practices. Previously, Oren managed machine learning activities at Intel’s ML center and operated a machine learning boutique consulting agency helping leading tech companies such as Sisense, Gong, AT&T, and others, to build their machine learning-based products and infrastructure.

As a child diagnosed with dyslexia Michael Peled, CEO, and founder of SingIt, struggled to learn English at school. His father told him that he learned English using the Beatles and Pink Floyd songs, and that is how the idea was born, learning English through the power of music.During his military service in the Ofek unit of the Air Force, Peled and his partner, Benny Rosner, CTO, and founder, decided to turn the idea into reality.
