What do you feel is the biggest issue that we're dealing here in the US? This is my first question to our guest today.  The founder and creator of MAPS fitness program and Host of Mind Pump Podcast. Obesity is really a tsunami of a problem that literally threatens to bankrupt modern societies. It contributes to so many different health issues. It reduces productivity, innovation, it contributes to mental illness.   It really can't be overstated in terms of impact.  Obesity is a very visible effect of how our changing lifestyle is affecting us. 168. The Burden of Leadership

Leadership is a tough job. From far, it seems appealing as is commonly said — all experience and effective challenge. I had a conversation with sunshine about the effectiveness of leadership that comes with tons of responsibility. It not only requires filling up your cup but equally filling others' cups is where leadership stands.  Talking about the balancing act of leadership, I agreed with the thoughts of Sunshine as she said being a leader you have to fulfill the needs of the organization as well as the team members at a time with stability.  Leadership drains you emotionally and physically. Sometimes it is so troublesome for you that if you don't lay out normal rhythms of restoration and reward, your administration will become incapable and fleeting. But at the end of the day, you have to deal with it.  Leaders also need peace of mind and for this, they can find comfort wherever they feel calm and relaxed.  Find a way to prioritize yourself whether it comes from hanging out with friends or sitting alone at a beach, or listening to music. They need a refresh button too. It was a healthy discussion and being a leader, it was a great way to pour my perspective on it. 167. Be Harder 2 Kill seminar hosted by Kris Gethin and Simon Fan

In this free training that Simon Fan and I did we discussed many pieces of being harder 2 kill.  Before we get too far down this path you might be asking what I mean by being harder 2 kill. You could be relentless. You could be conditioning more than anyone else.  Your resolve, no compromises, consistency, persistence, are a lot of terms that you can use.  I like to say be harder 2 the kill, because it encompasses so much. And it should not be have I'm an alpha male, I'm going to be harder to kill, sacrifice my health in order to be better. I'm gonna outwork you.  Out train you. Even though I'm on three hours of sleep. You're burning the candle at both ends. This is not about ego. So when I was living in India, and I got diagnosed with mold toxicity, I was asleep, and I was sleeping literally three to four hours a night.  But I'm still going to add training. I'm still going to outwork you. I'm going at it, but that mentality got me sicker than the average person where when I went to I got diagnosed with a mold toxicity at Dr. Oldsmar clinic in Florida. I was there for six weeks and after my IV and detox I'd go through every single they see these people like after their IV and detox session that seemed to surpass that. What's wrong with these people, I'm gonna go to the gym, are they on different things than me to go through this process because people are there for loans disease or all sorts. And I remember a couple of the nurses and a doctor said, they're actually taking less than you to detox themselves. But you've created this resilience inside yourself, mentally, that you've just got so sick physically, and, we got a lot of work to do. So being that resilient, and being harder to kill up here isn't always the best. So that's why I'm saying it's all encompassing, it isn't just one thing. When it comes to recovery, you need to be harder 2 kill. When you're looking at the outside perception, not just the internal, you need to be harder 2 kill.  Whether to not pick up the phone first thing in the morning, you will need to have that discipline to not be a reaction all the time. Even the best biohacking techniques and procedures can backfire and do you more harm than good! That is if you don’t figure out what is RIGHT FOR YOU. 165. Proper Mindset To Power Through Post My Stem Cell Therapy, my upcoming UK and US seminars/appearances

The road to getting a magnificently ripped body is not without its risks! Having the right form, following the proper programs, making preparations, and maintaining discipline (in mind and body) can minimize risks, especially in highly active lifestyles and intense fitness regimes. But there always will be the risk of accidents and injuries... However, those cases shouldn’t mean the end of your fitness journey. Just last year, I’ve incurred multiple muscle tears (meniscus, supraspinatus, triceps) and I opted to undergo Stem Cell Therapy. The healing process can be frustrating and will definitely test your PATIENCE and DISCIPLINE. Having to “lay low” while your friends and peers continue improving their bodies can inflict its own kind of complications in the mind. You will be tempted to set yourself back from your progress.
