Clay Martin served in two branches of service, the USMC and the US Army. In the Corps, he was in the infantry, a Scout/Sniper, and a Recon Marine.
In the Army, he served as a Green Beret, with most of his career spent in 3rd Special Forces Group. He was an Operational Detachment Alpha ( ODA) Communications SGT, Intelligence SGT, and ended his career as a SFAUC instructor.
He started writing novels in August of 2017, and finished his first non-fiction survival book in June of 2020. Sadly, it has proven to be a crystal ball for our slide into the abyss.
