Takeaways Marketing ads are just like newspaper articles. It should call attention, concise, coherent, organized, relevant, and memorable. In ads, consider a message that stands out and an ad placement in terms of audience data, time, right station, and cost per lead. Before making a financial decision, it is necessary to have data that backs it up. Key roles like frontline calling like lead managers should be seated with a local person who knows and understands American culture. Going virtual is good, but nothing beats the effectiveness of personal touch in doing face-to-face. At the height of COVID-19 in 2020, he was able to increase net profits to 57% of $1.4 million as revenue in just one market. Takeaways to Increase Net Profits Success is not inherited. To earn it, one must work hard for it. Also, work smarter with the quality of deals rather than working harder with the quantity of deals. Effective and consistent marketing keeps the business going. It’s costly at the start, but it pays off in the long run. Utilizing unique marketing channels, such as TV and radio, can help the business stand out from the others. 15% to 20% of earnings to marketing. Integrating similar roles/positions such as disposition and transaction coordinating can be beneficial in minimizing costs. Be fearless in doing the right thing for the business to grow. If not competent in rehabbing on your own, hire an expert. Doing rehab on your own may result in overspending if things go wrong. DIY is not necessarily money-saving. 2. Dealing with contractors who have obnoxious behavior or work ethic is sometimes one of the struggles in rehabbing. 4. Don’t hesitate or worry about presenting an offer, anticipating it’ll be brushed off or upset the sellers. You’ll never know if you don’t try. It may end up in your favor. 5. Short sale – a house bought less than the outstanding mortgage is another way to prosper in real estate. 6. If operating national through virtual, consider Pay-Per-Click as the principal channel in marketing. It uses heatmaps to target specific real estate hot markets. 7. A great team is necessary for those trying to do real estate on a virtual set-up. 8. Spending time to learn and do good in marketing will yield success. 9. Syndication is partnering with investors to help achieve the outstanding amount of investment funds that the lender cannot wholly provide due to limitations.
