#123 How to Set Better Goals & Actually Achieve Them

If you started out the year with big plans for 2020 that have been thrown off track, you are not alone.  Goal setting usually isn’t the most popular topic in May, but it felt like the right time to bring it up with all of the shifts and changes going on for everyone at the moment.
