041 | GABRIELLE BERNSTEIN

It's a milestone for the WWRadio, this is episode number 40! Who better to bring us into the forties than my mentor and guru, the one and only Gabrielle Bernstein. If you've spent any time in Wonderland at all you already know that Gabby is a beyond successful author, speaker, entrepreneur, visionary, Kundalini and yoga teacher who is legit changing the world. Her work is a direct reflection of the authentic transformational work she's done on herself and her ability to teach others to implement these principles to change their lives as well. She is obviously a huge inspiration to me & I'm thrilled to share my conversation with her with Wonderland. She is everything she appears to be and more. If you're new to Gabby she has so much to offer you! Her third book, Miracles Now is essentially a "Gabby Bernstein Greatest Hits Album." Her previous 3 books have been best sellers & are mainstays on my self. Gabby is an amazing writer, but what she loves doing is speaking! You must see her lecture, either check out her videos or check out her book tour because she may be coming your way. I'm so excited for you to get a taste of Gabby if you're new or get a tune up of all things Gabby if you're a Gabby connoisseur as I am. In this conversation I asked what I'd been dying to ask Gabby as well as questions sent in by you. Enjoy every moment of this very special podcast episode I adore.

032 | TARA STILES

Today’s WWRadio guest, Tara Stiles, has been my idol since I started practicing yoga in a high school gym class. She inspired me to take my yoga practice off of the mat, taught me that yoga was for everyone, and inspired me to become a teacher. Through her yoga  videos, easy yet creative recipes, books, dvds, and support she has been like a yoga big sister and friend to me. A fellow Midwesterner, I connect with her so deeply and I know you will too. In today’s conversation we get into everything from her early ballet and modeling career, how she found yoga, how she started her own business, and advice for yogis and entrepreneurs. She explains how yoga can be effective for weight-loss as well as so many concepts on how to find the ease in your life. She so smart, knowledgeable, and down-to-earth. My favorite lines & nuggets of wisdom: YEP THEY’RE TWEETABLES…Just click right on ‘em! “Just bend your knees anyone can touch their toes.” “Yoga’s not about being flexible, it’s about making space for yourself.” “Trusting your intuition will lead to a healthy capable life.” “Yoga exists in all of us why do we need to look the same way when we do it?” TIP: In regards to relationships, when working with your partner be sure to define clear roles. Know who is doing what and what you are each comfortable with. Learn that as women become the powerful business people it is okay for you to have your smart guy there in a supporting role. If you’re going to work together, still act like a company and define clear roles and turn it off at night. It’s important to set priorities especially when you’re so passionate about your business. Links we mention: One of my first posts on Tara & her videos One of my posts with a yoga flow channeling my inner-Tara! Tara’s YouTube channel where she shares yoga, recipes, and deep thoughts! Tara’s new show! Tara’s clothing line Tara on Facebook! Follow Tara on Twitter! Tara with Katie Couric Tara’s rad easy healthy recipes!
