047 | JORDAN BACH

Today’s WWRadio is probably the one that has inspired me most since I recorded it back in February. I’ve already implemented many of the ideas we discussed here into my life and have already seen amazing results. This week I chatted with Jordan Bach who is an all around super cool guy I look up to a ton as a spiritual guru and leader. Jordan is a life coach, writer, and speaker and a champion for gays inspiring people all around the world. He’s been called “one of the LGBT architects of the next decade” by The Advocate and he runs the site TheBachBook.com an online home for gay men who want to make the most of their lives. I’m so excited to for you to hear our deep chat and his inspiration. His is so wise, authentic, and most of all massively down-to-earth. He’s doing amazing work to inspire what I aspire to inspire here in the Wellness Wonderland which is: radical deep authenticity. We get deep into this more in this episode, but what Jordan believes is that authenticity is about balance and going in and out of authenticity with grace and ease. This, and everything he shared was hugely impactful and I know you’ll want to turn up the volume on this week’s episode and brace yourself for being hugely inspired.

046 | JULIE PIATT

Today’s WWRadio guest is one of my favorite people on the planet. I chatted with Julie Piatt, plant-based chef, healer, musician, yogi and mother. Through embracing a high-vibe diet, Julie healed herself of what doctors insisted was incurable. This experience gave her a deeper connection to food, and proved to her the miraculous ability of the body to heal itself when supported with pure, whole, living foods. Julie co-authored the best selling Jai Seed cookbook with her husband author and speaker Rich Roll. Rich hosts one of my favorite podcasts of all time and my favorite episodes of his show are the ones where Julie is in the hot seat. Her expertise encompasses a whole lifestyle approach to healthy, creative, and authentic family life. Julie is full of deep wisdom that has changed me deeply. I’m so thrilled to share that wisdom with you in this episode where we get her insight on everything including relationships, food, family, education, yoga, music, and more. As you can see below this episode was chalk full of aha moments I struggled to choose just three Tweetables like I usually do. So let us know your favorite lines from Julie in the comments bellow.
