Happy Earth Day! All week Dani is taking us on a global culinary journey, interviewing Chefs from around the world, to discuss the intersection of food culture, health and climate.  Today for our final conversation Dani chats with Chefs from South and West Africa regions featuring Nigerian Chef Ozoz Sokoh of Kitchen Butterfly and South African Chef Mahlomola Thamae of TM Innovations.  These conversations are a partnership between Food Tank and the Barilla Foundation in light of the expansion this week of their Double Pyramid.

Pete Ritchie is the executive director of Nourish Scotland, an Edinburgh based organization working to ensure food security, climate change mitigation, and food justice in the UK country. Chantal Clément is the deputy director of IPES-Food, a Brussels-based NGO working with governance institutions across the world to set the agenda for sustainable food systems.
