REAIF 037: Six reasons ChatGPT 5 Can Make you a Superhuman Agent | Jimmy and Rajeev
Are you still wondering why you should start using Chat GPT for your real estate business? One reason is that the AI tool is advancing its technology again. In this episode, we go over the details about Chat GPT 5 and six reasons why it’ll scale the way you run your business. Tune in to hear all about it. Voice Assistant Capabilities Chat GPT-5 integrates advanced voice assistant features, allowing agents to have real-time conversations, role-play scenarios, and even manage customer interactions more effectively. Text-to-Video Capabilities Chat GPT-5 includes the ability to convert text into video content seamlessly. This feature is expected to revolutionize content creation for real estate agents. Search Chat GPT Another search engine that’s going to be in competition with Perplexity and Google. Also, you can use the voice assistant to conduct internet searches. Expanded Context Window and Memory This allows the system to remember more information over longer interactions, making it easier for agents to maintain continuity in conversations and revisit past discussions without losing context. Enhanced Language Understanding and Generation The system can now generate more accurate, human-like responses, which will be particularly beneficial for agents in crafting personalized communication with clients. Autonomous Agents (A-Agents) One of the most groundbreaking features of Chat GPT-5 is the introduction of autonomous agents that can perform tasks without direct supervision. These A-Agents can handle routine tasks like marketing, creating promotional materials, and managing workflows, allowing real estate agents to focus on more strategic activities. “80% of our tasks are going to be AI assistants within the next two to three years. The goal is to master the 80% to be very efficient so you can do more with the 20%.” - Rajeev Sajja. REAIF 036: SearchGPT: Have the AI Search Engine Wars Begun? | Jimmy and Rajeev
For years, the search engine wars have been dominated by Google. But what if we told you that the world of search engines is about change thanks to AI technology. In this episode, we compare and contrast traditional search engines like Google with the emerging conversational AI tools such as Perplexity and ChatGPT's new SearchGPT feature. Hear our insights on how these innovations can benefit consumers, real estate agents, and broker owners. Traditional Search Vs. AI Search Engine We discuss the differences between traditional search engines like Google and conversational AI tools. Traditional search engines typically provide a list of blue links, requiring users to sift through multiple sources to find the information they need. In contrast, conversational AI search engines offer human-like responses, making the search process more straightforward and efficient. ChatGPT’s Entry into AI Search Jimmy introduces SearchGPT, a new feature from ChatGPT, which has been launched for a limited audience of 10,000 users. This entrant aims to compete with Google and Perplexity in the AI search space. We speculate about its future availability and potential impact on the market, especially for users of ChatGPT Plus. Practical Applications for Real Estate We explore the practical uses of AI search engines for real estate professionals. From creating market reports to building dynamic, up-to-date pages for clients, the possibilities are numerous. Embracing these tools can save you significant time and make your workflow more efficient. "You're only limited by the creativity in your mind. Think of how you can utilize this to serve your buyers or potential sellers at a higher level?" - Jimmy Burgess. REAIF 035: 9 Must-Have AI Apps for Agents | Jimmy and Rajeev
Our goal is to help real estate agents increase their productivity using AI technology. So much has changed since six months ago, and we’re giving our old top AI apps list an update. In this episode, hear our nine must-have AI apps for real estate agents. 1. Virtual Staging AI Add furnishings and decluttering spaces with Virtual Staging AI to enhance your listing photos. One benefit of the app is removing existing furniture and reimagining rooms with new themes and designs. To get a feel of the app, try the free version. 2. Perplexity Perplexity is an AI answer engine that provides conversational responses with cited sources. It is an alternative to Google search, giving direct answers instead of just links. The basic version is free, with a Pro version available for more advanced features. 3. Google Gemini Google Gemini is integrated into the Google app and offers a ChatGPT-like experience. You can export content directly to the Google ecosystem (Docs, Drive, etc.). Also, Gemini provides up-to-date information due to its internet connection. 4. Microsoft Copilot Microsoft Copilot is tied to the Microsoft ecosystem and Bing search engine. It offers a ChatGPT-like experience and is connected to the internet for current data. 5. Anthropic Claude Claude is another major language model that is available for public use. Rajeev suggests trying prompts in all four models (ChatGPT, Google Gemini, Microsoft Copilot, and Claude) for the best results. 6. Captions Captions now offer AI-powered video editing, removing filler words and pauses. The app has an enhanced AI Eye Contact feature, making the subject appear to look directly at the camera. Captions support voice-to-text in 30 languages and continue to improve its features. 7. Canva Canva has introduced Magic Studio, an AI-driven design tool. The free version offers features like background removal and blurring. Canvas AI can generate realistic images and designs based on prompts. 8. Microsoft Designer Microsoft Designer is Microsoft's version of a design tool, similar to Canva. While not as advanced as Canva yet, it's an app to keep an eye on for future improvements. 9. ChatGPT ChatGPT continues to evolve and improve with custom GPTs and actionable tools for agents. The app now offers GPT-4 for complex tasks and GPT-400 for simpler, faster responses. “This one's going to be good because, just like Amex has, don't leave home without it. This is like the nine apps you need on your phone before you take it with you."—Rajeev Sajja.
