But, like any business venture, it requires knowledge, strategy, and a dash of good old-fashioned hustle. Skipping these steps could mean losing time, money and potentially your sanity (which, as any seasoned entrepreneur knows, is a precious resource).Think of it this way: you wouldn't walk into a high-stakes poker game without knowing the rules, would you? Similarly, approaching note wholesaling without a solid understanding of the deal can lead to costly mistakes. To avoid that, let’s go through the thirteen questions that you should always ask yourself before buying a note:Know Your Pricing: Before you even consider sending out offers, you should know your pricing strategy and ideal profit margins. A buyer who can’t confidently state a fair market price is setting themselves up for failure. Don't be that guy (or gal).Determine Who's in Control: Who really controls the deal?
