This conversation with Narelle Burke talks argues that delaying taking action isn't always procrastination saying the sometimes we need to take the extra time for creative and deep thinking.  Narelle has appropriately coined this term ‘Percolation’ and demonstrates the value of embracing it rather than trying to push yourself to deliver something less than amazing. In this episode Shelley speaks with Justine Teggelove, co-found of Rodine and Build-in-common, about her journey through leadership and about the importance of ‘paying-it-forward’. Justine learnt really early that leadership is about working together as a team - “it’s not about me it’s about everyone else...it’s about the team”. Justine is one of the most authentic leaders I know, she says if you know yourself well and you be yourself in all areas of your life then people will see your authenticity - you just have to be yourself.
