In the middle of 48 hours of feeling sick and horrendous, I've been thinking of several thoughts and one of them is "Could Your Business Run Without You". We've heard a lot of businesses turning upside down during the pandemic and it's a good exercise to plan in advance for these kinds of scenario. Here are some highlights: If you can systemise and automate your processes, do so. If your just starting your business, make sure that you got your first hire right. I encourage you to employ a PA (personal assistant) or VA (virtual assistant) For business owners, the last thing you want is not making a decision.
