As a coach and athlete, I pretty much test all manner of new training protocols on myself before recommenting them to our Endurance Nation athletes. After a 4yr absence from long course triathlon racing, Coach Rich Strauss returned to form, with a 10:07 at Ironman Wisconsin, 35th overall, 5th in M45-49, and a KQ. His time was within 2' of his 2002 performance at the age of 34 years old.
