Welcome to the Flow State Business Podcast. I’m a soul-led female entrepreneur and Energetics Business Coach and my mission is to help intuitively aligned coaches meet their first million dollars in their online business. I share openly on topics such as money, wealth-building energetics, and the strategies that took me from zero to multiple 7 figures in less than 3 and a half years.This podcast is filled with strategy, the teachings of flow state and proven tactics to help you think about entrepreneurship as a way of being, not just a way of doing. Infused with teaching from my 8 signature phases to get to six figures in flow, we’ll dive deep into an alchemy of topics including mindset, online business strategy, wealth creation and so much more! I share interviews with other female entrepreneurs, teachers and leaders who have found their own way to grow a successful business in flow. A little more about me…A few years ago I decided that I had to scratch the entrepreneurial itch. I quit my job as a tech start-up recruiter and went all in as an online coach. Along with my hubby, we created a global coaching brand, travelled the world as digital nomads with our two kids and in 3 years, grew a multi-million dollar business. It took a lot of trial and error, trying out new strategies and of course daily discipline to get this far so quickly. But after some time, the hustle got tiring. I was frustrated with my lack of progress, feeling caged by my own limiting beliefs. I didn’t want to just create another J-O-B, I desired to experience freedom.In search of freedom, I turned to the inner work and found modalities like astrology, hypnotherapy, meditation and journaling to find ME again. I discovered ways to re-shape my reality and unlock my hidden strengths - as I became my true, unapologetic self, I rapidly grew my business to 7 figures with ease. Now I incorporate these teachings into my coaching philosophy. I blend energetics with proven business principles to create massive growth for my clients. Self Belief - 3 experiences to smash self doubt

In this episode, I explore the topic of self belief and what it really means. I didn’t begin in my industry with a qualification. I began from the idea of believing I could do it. There were so many reasons growing up that told me I shouldn’t work in a high risk, potentially unstable, entrepreneurial world. But, I had the belief that I could do it and my business grew through authenticity and alignment.I talk about the importance of mastery in finding your unique code to access self belief. Mastery is developed through experience and evidence and each time you try something, your mind and body work out ways to make it better next time. Even when you try and ‘fail’, you learn and give yourself a marker to grow your skills. I’m excited to run you through the 3 experiences you need to smash your self doubt. Facebook Groups - Building community and what works for me
Send us a textFacebook Groups - Are they worth it? Does anyone even use Facebook anymore? What do I do with my Facebook Group? To young people in their 20s, Facebook may seem like a really antiquated form of social networking that not many people are effectively engaging with.Business Insider stated that users aged 55-65 years old are the fastest growing demographic. So that’s fantastic if your sales targets are in this population. If you’re trying to engage with the younger generation, then it may be a different story. In this episode, I discuss how I manage my Facebook Groups and the tips and tricks that work for me. I list all of the wonderful reasons why I love them and the organisational tools that are very important when you’re running your own business. I then compare them to the drawbacks and share with you how your group may not be engaging everyone effectively due to algorithm problems. If you’re still keen on Facebook, I run you through the top 5 things that you can start implementing to revive or begin your group so that it builds a strong sense of community and everybody loves participating. We finish off by talking about other platforms that are really useful to begin a community around your business. Not everyone loves Facebook or feels like it fits in with their preferred method of communication, so we’ll find you one that does! Community can happen anywhere when it ties in with your intention and purpose. Send us a textThe way I’ve journeyed as an entrepreneur has always been so spirit-led and flowy but I’ve found myself desiring lately to connect the work I’ve done with my energetic body and bring it back into balance with my physical body.In this solo episode, I talk about my recent experience with kinesiology, how the universe led me there, and why it’s so important to take note of what our bodies are telling us. I talk through my experience, what it felt like, how my body responded and why it’s something I feel really drawn to. As soulful entrepreneurs, we need to take a holistic approach to be all we can be. I’m all about normalising those beautiful spiritual practises that have been around for thousands of years because they really can open up so much to us. The flow of $1.1 million in high ticket sales
