I have such a treat for you today as I’m joined by my beautiful friend, Jenny Ottaway, to explore a healing modality that I’m just beginning to learn about myself. It’s called ThetaHealing and you’re going to love Jenny’s calming energy in this conversation.
Jenny is a Wholistic Wellness Coach and ThetaHealing Practitioner who works with soul led women who want to become more connected to their whole selves. In this episode, Jenny and I talk about how she left corporate, following her intuition into the wellness entrepreneurial world and discovered ThetaHealing.
We talk about how ThetaHealing works, what a session might look like and how the modality helps people unlock their subconscious to change old belief programs that are holding them back. We also talk about body scanning, tapping into the creator of all that is, and how this is an ability that we all have. You just need to practice.
