When it comes to health and fitness goals, we can be masters of the red herring. We’ve all been there. We’re told to do exercises that we hate and eat foods that we don’t like in order to reach our goals. We’re also told that if we don’t follow a plan to the letter, that we can’t follow the plan at all. This week, Catherine and Donald discuss why this approach ultimately always fails and how to build a plan that you actually want to do so that you stick to it. Plus, Donald thinks Mr. Miyagi recorded an album, Catherine had a boss named “Boss”, and there’s a big difference between no minutes and 30 minutes.
