She has a unique perspective on all things Marketing Operations.One of the best insights from the conversation had to do with how hard it is to get the "right" reporting for marketing. She makes the case that part of the challenge is the complexity of the data and systems. The other big challenge she identified is the lack of a consensus on what the right reporting is.
