159: Jade Alectra - How do you reclaim your voice if you gave it away?
Jade Alectra is a yoga teacher who helps people awaken what’s been sleeping by embarking on a journey of self-acceptance, love, and growth. She currently teaches classes in Southern California and leads workshops and retreats around the world.
