This got him started in real estate and he did owner-occupied rehabs for years and eventually acquired a few rentals at the same time. Ed continued to seek more information, learned new strategies, and started to implement that knowledge to the sport of acquisition. He always kept thinking about the last rental house he had purchased that he had bought with owner financing. That deal actually set the direction for where Ed is today and fostered his quest for knowledge of owner financing.
