When we bought the Forest Ridge Apartments complex in April 2021, it was generating $115,000/month on 200 occupied units. When I first got started in real estate, back in my house flipping days, I would worry about a lot of things. But there is another option that can be attractive to both the buyer and the seller: seller financing. Here to talk about how he’s using this strategy in his portfolio is Christian Osgood.
