How I Pay for Speed

People are always asking how I move so quickly and how I get new offers to take off so fast. Today I'm going to break down what that looks like. I pay to get things done quickly because the internet moves at lightning speed, marketing messages change, offers need to change. You've got to keep up or by the time you've implemented something that strategy is out of date. I've been getting a lot of questions about raising prices because of inflation. Raising our prices can be so difficult, but inflation is a very real thing right now, prices are going up everywhere so we shouldn't be afraid as small business owners to do the same. My Biggest Weakness (sharing it all!)

Vulnerable share alert here. You might be surprised to find out that my biggest weakness is also one of my greatest strengths. If you've been around awhile, you know I'm a very driven person. I've received numerous awards for reaching milestones some people only dream of. So how is this a weakness? I'm sharing it all with you here in this episode. I'll go into more detail. But, turns out, that being driven also means I'm often left feeling unfulfilled or unsatisfied by my own success. Three key points in this episode: 1. Getting your team more accountable is one of the most commonly requested topics I get asked to talk about. In this episode, I’m using the analogy of team members with a “renter” mentality versus those who feel a sense of ownership in your business. How do we maximize who you have and get them to ownership status? You may even need to work on your mindset first to get to a point where you want to delegate more responsibility. The three resources you must have in place in order for your delegation of accountability to truly be successful.
