Your Micromanaging is Costing You $$$

Stop micromanaging. It's truly a significant waste of your time and money. And yet so many small business owners find it difficult not to micromanage. In today's episode, I'm sharing with you exactly how your micromanaging is costing you and more importantly what you can do about it. I want to also say, if you find yourself micromanaging, don't be too hard on yourself about it. We've all been there. Micromanaging is a sign that your work is important to you and it matters that things get done to a certain standard. That's a good thing. But you can channel that passion into productivity rather than micromanaging every little task. Here are three important points I'm making in this episode: 1. What you risk losing if you continue micromanaging. 2. The number one reason you're probably micromanaging and what you can do instead to get the same results. 3. The system that allows progress to be tracked and holds team members accountable without micromanaging. I hope this episode inspires you to realize that micromanaging starts with good intentions but it is costing you and helps you realize that there are steps you can put in place to create a system that works better for everyone. My Money Making Morning Routine

My most productive time is before everyone else is up for the day. I often get asked about my morning routine that sets me up for success. So in today's episode, I'm sharing exactly what I do in my morning routine as a 7-figure entrepreneur of multiple businesses. This morning routine is all about getting in the right mindset to follow through with my intentions and take care of myself physically so I can be in peak performance mode as much as possible. Three key elements of a successful morning routine: 1. A consistent wake-up time -- I'll share how I wake up early enough to take advantage of time before the kids are up but in a way that is gentle on our biological rhythms. Blaring alarm clock? No thank you. To get Stacy's wake up clock click here. 2. Hydration -- but first, water. I'll share why this is one of the first things I do and my thoughts on the bulletproof coffee trend. 3. Mindset -- I'll share the journaling and writing I do to commit to the priorities for the day and the unconventional way I write my intentions. Does your morning routine need a reboot? I hope you'll try some of these tips to boost your productivity. I'm not perfect with this morning routine, of course. But I definitely feel the impact when I don't stick with it so I can guarantee it works. Did you love today's episode? 1. Take a screenshot and share it to your IG stories. Tag me @stacytuschl! 2. How I Pay for Speed

People are always asking how I move so quickly and how I get new offers to take off so fast. Today I'm going to break down what that looks like. I pay to get things done quickly because the internet moves at lightning speed, marketing messages change, offers need to change. You've got to keep up or by the time you've implemented something that strategy is out of date. In today's episode I'm sharing all the ways that I pay for speed and why I make it a priority to invest in my business. Three key points to listen for: 1. Where I make the choices to be reserved with my budget and where I refuse to settle for the cheapest option. 2. One of the most important investments I make is in my own growth and learning. I'll share the resources I buy and why it's so important. 3. How investing in a team makes a huge difference in getting things done quickly if you know how to do it effectively. I want this episode to shift your perspective away from being unable to afford outsourcing or investing in professional development. If you're not paying for the ability to grow faster, you're paying for it in lost revenue. Did you love today's episode? 1. Take a screenshot and share it to your IG stories. Tag me @stacytuschl! 2. My Biggest Weakness (sharing it all!)

Vulnerable share alert here. You might be surprised to find out that my biggest weakness is also one of my greatest strengths. If you've been around awhile, you know I'm a very driven person. I've received numerous awards for reaching milestones some people only dream of. So how is this a weakness? I'm sharing it all with you here in this episode. I'll go into more detail. But, turns out, that being driven also means I'm often left feeling unfulfilled or unsatisfied by my own success. Three key points in this episode: 1. The words a friend shared with me as I reflected on my successes and the goals I've set for myself and narrowly missed. How we show up for ourselves in our thoughts matters and my friend's insight helped shift my perspective. 2. Why I feel it's important to share this insight and reflection with you. I know I can't be the only one who is always striving for more. 3. Some words of encouragement to help you (and me) appreciate and acknowledge the success we experience. Whether you celebrate your milestones or like me you find it difficult to feel accomplished, I hope this episode inspires you to truly feel more appreciation for all of your wins.
