We have times of high energy, low energy, emotional highs and emotional lows. It's like we're strapped into a rollercoaster and we have no choice but to go along for the ride without any control or influence on the journey. When we start to pay attention and notice the patterns and cycles, we can prepare for those twists and turns, and even begin to know how to effect them.In today's podcast, I talk about what to do when we have a low day, why we have low days, and what we can do to prevent them from happening in the first place.I discuss ways to understand our natural cycles and rhythms.
