36. Charlie Engle - How To Survive Anything

“Hardship is really what makes us who we are. It’s easy to be an optimist when things are going great, but who are you when things get really difficult?”Today’s guest is one of the most exciting people I’ve ever met. Ultrarunner, Charlie Engle was the first man to run across the Sahara Desert. He’s a real life action hero too - all documented in a documentary film produced and narrated by Matt Damon (yes, you read that right!)What I love about Charlie is his ability to take on and succeed at things which seem humanly impossible.Charlie is right at home when he’s neck deep in struggle. In fact, struggle has defined a whole chunk of his life. From crack cocaine and alcohol addiction, to a stay in federal prison, to the extreme feats of physical endurance, Charlie is proof you can survive anything. And that’s what we talk about in this episode. Why push yourself to the absolute limits? Why put yourself under so much pain? How do you move beyond exhaustion to achieve things most people can even imagine (wait until you hear about the next ‘crazy’ adventure Charlie’s planning!)So brew a cup and listen to an inspiring story of hope about a man will just will NOT give up.“We spend a whole lot of time worrying about things that are out in the future and out of our control when what we should be doing is focusing on exactly what’s right in front of us.”“It just doesn’t matter what happens to us. It only matters what you do about it. You get a chance to respond in some way to everything that happens to you.”I’ve got to be honest, I seriously loved talking with Charlie. I come from a similar mindset - that struggle can be transformative and that you can grow and discover more about the person you are as a result of intense challenge. It’s like Charlie said, anytime you purposely put yourself into a challenging situation you always learn something from it.Often we choose the comfortable path through life (perhaps unknowingly). But I agree with Charlie. “Comfort is overrated” and “comfort as a goal is very unfulfilling.” In Charlie’s words, “I’m not on this planet to have an easy experience. I’m here to do as many things as I can.”So if you’re curious about the mindset and philosophies of a man who’s more comfortable in struggle than out of it, you’re in for a treat. And if Charlie’s story inspires you to take on a feat of your own, I’d love to hear about it.“Measuring success for me is finding a way to be OK with unresolved conflicts.”“Continuous forward movement pretty much always wins the day. You don’t have to be awesome all the time. You just have to not give up.”Some questions I ask:Can you share with us why you started running and why you choose this over everything else? [4:16]What motivates you to chase the emotional rewards you get when you finish one of your incredible feats? [7:03]What are the similarities between running across the Sahara and overcoming addiction? [9:18]You seem to be using struggle to take care of yourself. How do you think struggle and self care go hand in hand? [14:51]Why do you think it’s so hard for people to live a life with passion? [40:33]In the midst of everything you’ve been through, how do you stay grounded on a daily basis? [17:20]‘We compare our insides with other people’s outsides.” - why this can shut down passion and affect how we feel. [19:55]Why you have to be comfortable with unresolved conflicts. 35. Logan Christopher - The Strongman

“I like to see that what you do in the gym as lab for the rest of your life.” Today’s guest was not naturally athletic. As a teenager, he was thin - scrawny even. Not the pillar of strength looking back at me through Zoom. But such is the power of goals. After reading the biography of a strongman, Logan wanted to perform at a super high level too. He wanted to accomplish feats of strength that most people could only dream about! And that’s been his focus since the age of 18 - with incredible results. That’s because just like the strongman who inspired him to step up, Logan can also pull an antique fire truck with his hair! So check out this episode and discover how he did it. But fair warning! Discussing what it takes to build strength on this scale only scratches the surface of what we spoke about... “Look at what is good for you but in a multi-level type of way… What’s good for you today, a week from now, a month from now, a year from now, a decade from now, or over the course of your lifetime. If you can have real alignment in those as far as your purpose, then you’re going to basically achieve that purpose or great things. ” You see, Logan has had one heck of a story! From intense loneliness at school, to losing his mom to cancer, to being called by nature to write a book, this conversation went on twists and turns I didn’t expect. Although Logan’s ‘home base’ is strength training, his life is far from one-dimensional. Instead, Logan’s curiosity and desire to learn and make an impact has taken him down many paths. From NLP training to an ayahuasca experience in the Amazon jungle, Logan is constantly pushing his boundaries through knowledge so he can uplevel all areas of his life. He’s a person driven by a holistic approach to life - passionate to reconnect with nature through the power of herbs. It’s one of the many things that makes Logan so fascinating. So buckle up and listen in. This is one incredible conversation that’s guaranteed to take you to places you didn’t expect. I hope you enjoy it as much as I did. “Struggle and stress are good things when done in the right amount.” Some questions I ask: Why strength training and how has your passion grown the more you’ve done it? [0:49]How did you prime yourself to pull an antique fire truck with your hair? [3:20]What got you interested in strength training? [6:00]How do you discover your home base or ‘core’ so you can develop the curiosity to learn other things? [10:00]If someone hasn’t been through a life changing experience themselves, how can they learn from others so they can create change at will? [14:25]You put yourself through a lot of physical struggle. How does struggle help build the skills and mindsets for a happier life? [15:50]How do you nurture purpose in your life? [17:37]How does change factor into purpose and help you crystalize what you really want? [19:40]Give me an example of how you transformed a difficult moment into something positive. [24:48]Explain your drive to write your book. [32:19]How do you think a healthier body leads to a happier state? [40:37]How do you stay grounded? [45:49] In this episode, you will hear about: The autobiography that inspired Logan to get strong. [2:15]Why it’s not your hair you need to worry about when pulling a truck. [5:23]How Logan turned strength training into a career. [8:23]The impact of losing his mom to cancer. [12:20]The last gift Logan’s mom gave him. [17:12]The importance of knowing what is good for you - from a holistic perspective. [18:20]Why Logan listens to his body and how this makes him adapt from moment to moment. [19:53]Why Logan doesn’t shoot for happiness and what he aims for instead. [23:24]What Logan would go back and tell his 16 year old self. [26:10]Powered By Nature - and Logan’s Amazonian ayahuasca journey. [28.12]The dangers of removing ourselves from nature. [32:35]Logan’s journey with herbs from personal use to a thriving business - and why they’re like a Trojan horse. 33. Julian Colker - Do Less, Be More

“Self care is mandatory… If you think you’re going to be at your highest performance without self care, you’re fooling yourself.” I first met today’s guest in New York at an entrepreneurial event we both attended. There was something about Julian! He had a vibe that made me feel good and made me want to be around him. And I wasn’t alone. I noticed how others had the same experience. When I asked Julian what was going on, he said it was because we had connected to his ‘inner god’ and that he was actively looking for the god in each person he encountered. We didn’t have time to go into the detail of what this meant, but I was hooked and super curious. I had to know more! So I invited Julian onto the Stay Grounded podcast so we could dig deeper into this concept. And the depth of insight this discussion unleashed blew me away - and I’m pretty sure it will be the same for you too. “By me witnessing the god in others I’m calling them up to the vibrational level of their god-selves.” In this episode we talk about all sorts of cool stuff - all around how you can be your best self. What this means in practice. What inspires you to show up as your best. The simple daily practices you can engage in to really life life to the full. Julian really does hold nothing back. As you’ll hear, he gives my questions careful consideration and as a result we went to some super interesting places. Such as a definition of meditation that everyone can connect with (even if you can’t sit still for a minute on the cushion!) And Julian’s 3-minute, daily sex practice that’s not only created more love and connection with his wife Marla, but bleeds into everything else that he does. And perhaps my favorite comment of all. Listen out for when Julian tells me to, “Just be Raj. You don’t have to be anything. Just be Raj.” [And of course insert your name as he says it.] This episode left me super inspired in so many ways and it’s my hope that it will do the same for you too. So brew yourself a coffee, pull up a chair, and get ready to indulge yourself in a beautiful dose of life wisdom - courtesy of my friend, the extraordinary Julian Colker. “The things you don’t want are opportunities for growth, opportunities to learn, and opportunities to get curious.” Some questions I ask: What does feeling your inner god mean to you? [1:20]What does vibrational level mean? [6:29]When you’re in a low vibrational state how do you train yourself to start appreciating and seeing the joy all around you. [9:04]What is meditation to you? [16:20]How do you make self care a priority each day? [20:49]How does your daily sex practice bleed into everything else that you do? [22:52]What’s the difference between your divine self and your ego driven self? [23:40]How do you become comfortable spreading your joy when you’re in your divine state? [27:00]If you’ve never consciously tried to be your best self, how do you bridge the gap between your conscious and unconscious so that you know what your best self is - and can therefore show up as it?When all else fails, what is the one non-negotiable that brings you back to center and your divine self? [33:35]What role does gratitude play in your life? [36:12]How do you stay grounded? [43:46] In this episode, you will hear about: Beware of your small self and how to know when it shows up! [2:06]The book that literally jumped into Julian’s hand when he was in a bookshop. [3:00]The prayer you can say to connect with your god-self - and the flip that enables you to see god in others too. [10:20]Why doing is amazing - and what’s beyond that. [12:27]Why breathing is the bridge between the seen and the unseen world. [15:30]Why self care is mandatory. [20:27]“Everybody’s got 3-minutes” - Julian’s daily sex practice and how this helps him feel more connected throughout the day. [21:36]The role your ego needs to play in your life. [24:36]Why we’ve got to have moments that are ‘sh*t’ and why the things you don’t want are actually the gifts in life. [35:40]Julian’s gratitude for food and how it makes every meal taste better. [37:00]The importance of ‘advanced gratitude’. [37:37]The fear/imagination game that Julian likes to play. 32. John 'Izzy' Israel - 1825 Thank You Cards

“Writing thank you cards for me is my canvas. It’s the manner in which I express myself to the world about how I feel.” As the owner of a gifting company, today’s guest felt his was living out of alignment. Gifting involves expressing your love and appreciation to the people you care about, yet John didn’t feel this value featured highly enough in his life. Something had to change - so John committed to send FIVE handwritten thank you cards every day for one year. The Mr Thank You Project was born. But what started as a challenge quickly morphed into an incredible journey of self-expression, personal growth, and deepening relationships. When you think about thank you cards, you traditionally imagine obligatory notes sent after receiving a gift. But John knew those letters would get dry and boring pretty soon! So he decided to write cards that truly appreciated someone for who they are and what they’d done for him. It was a decision that forced John to be vulnerable and put his heart on the line, but the results - as you’ll see in this episode - were life-changing. “I became hyper aware of my emotional state everyday – because if you have to sit down and write someone a thank you card you can’t be in a lame, negative, upset attitude. Well you can, but it’s not going to be very good card!” In this episode John reveals the nitty gritty about what happened during his one-year Mr Thank You project. He tells some incredible stories of compassion, appreciation, and love for the most unlikely people who changed his life as he touched theirs. I promise, John will transform the way you look at thank you cards. This episode exposes their true power not only to transform your relationships, but also influence the core of who you are and how you show up in the world. Fair warning! Don’t be surprised if you get an urge to rush to the nearest store after this episode to buy a pack of cards. There’s something about John’s story that compels you to want to start writing notes of your own :) And that is John’s mission. Through the Mr Thank You Project, John is determined to elevate the level of gratitude in the world by 1% by inspiring people to write 74 million thank you letters. So grab your cup and get ready for a masterclass as I hand you over to the inspirational, Mr Thank You himself - John ‘Izzy’ Israel. “Curiosity is the birthplace of appreciation and appreciation is the start point of empathy. When we have empathy, we can develop compassion and when we have compassion we can literally connect with anybody.” Some questions I ask: How do you define gratitude and why you think it’s so important to exercise it on a daily basis. [4:15]How did you cultivate the skill of being grateful for the struggles as well as the good stuff? [4:00]What drove you to write thank you letters and why did you choose to write five a day? [10:25]You’ve clearly elevated your ability to express. What do you tap into so you can go deep enough and unlock the words that allow you to express how you really feel? [15:30]How did you own ability to be empathetic change over the course of this year? [23:17]How has your perspective of what’s really important changed over time? [30:40]Are you at peace with who you are because of this challenge? [34:35]How do you stay grounded on a daily basis? [45:57] In this episode, you will hear about: The reason alignment helped bring the Mr Thank You project to life. [3:00]The seed that started this project for John. [15:30]Why understanding the root of certain words helps elevate your experience of them. [17:00]The questions John asked before writing someone’s card – and an example of how that looked. [17:40]The pilot story and how it proved you can write a thank you card to anyone. [18:00]Why you should see a human being doing a role, NOT a person doing a job. [24:15]The Uber driver story that proved to John that we’re all the same. [24:50]“How do you treat that which you are grateful?” and how this became a litmus test for how John showed up daily. 31. Sheevaun Moran - Find Your Flow

“Microscopic living... It’s about going into the smallest places and finding treasure that explodes and expands to everybody else.” When today’s guest lost the love of her life in a tragic accident, her whole life plan was stripped from the table. But part of the human condition is the ability to transform tragedy and heartache into something beautiful. It’s how her husband’s death became one of the pivotal points that enabled Sheevan to become - in my words - “the Queen of Flow”. I was so pumped to talk with Sheevaun, this conversation made me so happy! I learned some incredibly profound things too. But that’s what happens when you sit down to talk about life with a business advisor, master coach, and energetic thought leader. In fact, Sheevaun has helped over 25,000 entrepreneurs, CEO's and leaders tap into their soul’s unique formula - so they can show up in the way that’s right for them. And in this episode, she shares some incredible wisdom and insight that will inspire you to challenge your understanding of how the world works (so you can make life work for you too). “Nearly all our communication is energetic before we say a word.” My conversation with Sheevaun gets pretty deep as we dig into the tangible as well as the intangible. We talk about everything from inner reflection, to microscopic living, to the importance of cleaning up your ‘hot mess’!  It’s an episode that left me feeling inspired and empowered. It’s true. There may be a lot of negativity floating around in the world right now, but that doesn’t mean we’re powerless to do anything. In fact, Sheevaun reveals some very practical steps we can take to feel better about our own lives and make our mark on the world. So tune in and discover some of life’s secrets and how flow can help you create success, fulfillment, and happiness in your life. “I love that the human condition can take a really negative thing and transform it into something really amazing and beautiful - if we allow it. It’s really the greatest hope we have.” Some questions I ask:How do you cultivate sensitiveness in yourself so you can see people’s gifts? (7:05)Tell us what it means to be in the flow - can you describe that feeling. (10:30)What does it mean that all our communication is energetic before we say a word. (12:58)How do you cultivate a ‘good signal’ so you can always send out a positive frequency. (14:30)How do we fix the overwhelm of negativity that’s in the world right now? (20:36)How does gratitude and appreciation show up for you and do you believe it can help with a positive mindset? (24:51)What does flow mean to you? (29:21)How do you become aware that you’re stopping rather than allowing flow? Is there a practice I can try? (32:51)How do ‘intuitive yeses’ help you design a life that’s optimal and in flow? (35:36)Do you believe in work/life balance? (39:58)What suggestions do you have for people who want to get into a YES driven mindset? (41:55)How can I find out more about your events? (46:00)In the midst of everything you’ve been through, how do you stay grounded everyday? (9:26)Why Sheevaun hasn’t taken a single medicine for the past 18 years. (10:47)What is groundedness. (11:17)Why the inner world can be a ‘freaking hot mess’ and how reflection can transform what ‘comes out’. (15:52)Why negative thoughts can be like an energetic knife that ‘slices and dices people’. (16:20)Plastic and pollution. How physical dumping is a reflection of our mental toxicity. (19:33)What to do if you’re upset, afraid, worried or bummed out by any of the things that you see in the world - so you don’t just facilitate the same things going around. 30. Jon Berghoff - Intentional. Mindful. Successful.

“Maybe in life the real risk is not taking risks.” If you’re up for a deep, intellectual conversation that gets you thinking, then you’re in for a real treat with this episode. That’s because I’m speaking with the incredible Jon Berghoff. Raised in the birthplace of Apple, Jon is a father of three and the co-founder and president of the Flourishing Leadership Institute. Jon is one of the most curious people I’ve ever met. His super smart, analytical brain is dialled into the benefit of human systems. His mind is always on because he’s constantly looking to be better. I learned so much from this episode and I’m sure you will too. Passionate about unified mindfulness (which Jon talks about in detail during this episode), Jon is fascinated with unlocking human systems to empower others to be the best they can possibly be. It’s why topics such as concentration, presence, and curiosity feature strongly - because they are keys that can unlock life. “We end up choosing work that unknowingly we’re trying to heal something from our past - we’re trying to be whole.” As well as business and personal development, Jon also talks at length and his kids. Currently aged, 8, 6, and 4 Jon describes how parenthood can be polarizing and how his children teach him so much. If you’re a parent too, I think you’ll love the down-to-earth conversation we have about the challenges of juggling work and home. So brew yourself a coffee and get ready to be stimulated. Thanks to Jon’s wisdom and passion for what he does, I guarantee you’ll be left with some new ideas - even some entirely new thoughts - that will empower you to find more success, fulfillment, and happiness in your everyday. “The more present I can be, the more connected I can be to the highest possible potential that could emerge at any given situation.” Some questions I ask: What was it like for you when you grew up and how did your job roles shape you? [0:56]How does your obsession with learning factor into your life today? [10:15]How does presence bake itself into your life and what tools do you use to be more present. [18:25]How do you bring passionate mindfulness to moments and situations you don’t really want to be in. [25:06]How does gratitude fit into the practice of mindfulness? [35:27]What have you learned from your own kids? [35:27]How do you stay grounded on a daily basis. [44:36] In this episode, you will hear about: The story of the most important thing Jon’s dad taught him and how it unlocked a part of his DNA. 29. Mitch Russo - The Day God Called

“If we don’t keep that attitude of gratitude then we block the oncoming prosperity.” Today’s guest has worked with powerhouses such as Chet Holmes and Tony Robbins before setting up his own venture that empowers people through accountability. But life wasn’t always so successful. As a troubled teen, Mitch danced with death - at one point being just 15 seconds away from an early exit. Fortunately, a wake up call kicked him out of the downward spiral and put him on a path where success was the only option. Since that point, Mitch has committed his life to helping others while creating a beautiful, productive life for himself. And he spills all the beans in this incredible episode. “The wisdom only comes from the arrows in your back and the times you’ve tried and didn’t make it, not from the one time that you happened to get it right and hit a home run.” Fair warning! This episode is a rollercoaster. Mitch’s backstory reduced me to tears and tingles. I’m grateful for the powerful reminder that there’s always a way up from rock bottom, back into the realm of abundance and fulfillment. And that’s Mitch’s passion. Over the years, he’s honed some specific strategies that have helped him be his best and in this episode he shares them with you. What I love about this episode is its practicality. Mitch is generous in his sharing and reveals some techniques you can use right now. Covering everything from daily rituals to the power of mindset, this episode will lift your spirits leaving you happy to be alive :) Interviewing people like Mitch is an honor and a privilege. My heart was overflowing with gratitude for Mitch’s candid sharing. I’m sure it will move you too. And if that wasn’t enough, Mitch also has a special gift just for you that’s going to empower you to create more for your life - but you’ll have to listen to the end to find out what that is. So grab your cup and settle in for a real treat as I hand you over to the the very wise, highly accomplished Mitch Russo. “Uncertainty is a gift that most people don’t feel as a gift… Uncertainty simply means that the possibilities are limitless.” Some questions I ask: Tell us about your thoughts on accountability and why you think it’s such an effective tool. [5:30]What is the psychology behind accountability that makes it work so well? [9:38]How is accountability a part of your daily routine? [10:50]I’ve never seen gratitude and accountability tied together. How do you think gratitude helps you be more accountable? [13:06]How does accountability tie in with internal motivation and how do you motivate yourself? [17:20]How does your morning routine fuel you? [19:20]It’s easy to celebrate the ‘sexy’ big things. [31:00]Why is it important to you to pay it forward? [33:42]You’ve achieved so much. How do you cope with the ‘shiny squirrels’ and decide what you’re going to do next? 28. Jon Vroman - The Art of Moment Making

“Our whole lives are made up of moments… How we approach the here and now ultimately writes the stories of our lives.” Ever felt as though you’re missing out on life as it happens? It’s a common concern. When you’re juggling a ton of responsibilities (and a to-do list that never ends) your head and body aren’t in the same place! And when you’re chasing the future and rushing over the here and now, you end up missing out on a lot. It’s why I was so excited to chat with Jon in this episode. Jon is on a mission to show people how to live life in the front row - and his tool of choice is moment making. It’s a mindset I totally buy into. I used to focus on the grind. I used to constantly chase the next promotion or the next big goal because I believed that’s what would make me feel successful. But I soon discovered this mindset puts you in a game you’ll never win. That’s because life isn’t a journey. Instead, it’s a series of here and now moments. And my guest today reveals how to grasp that profound insight and use it to create the life you want.  “Personal growth isn’t always about learning something new, it’s often about remembering something true.” Jon Vroman is an award-winning speaker who’s given more than 750 keynote presentations for many companies, organizations, universities, and associations. He’s also the #1 bestselling author of The Front Row Factor. Transform Your Life with The Art of Moment Making. Jon is a real authority on this important approach to living so I was grateful to find out more about his ‘rituals, routines, and rhythms’. We cover a lot of ground in this episode. From the lessons you can learn from people battling life-threatening illnesses to tangible strategies that put you in the front row, this conversation gets profound. So tune in now and learn how you can master the art of moment making in episode #29. “I have learned so much about living lifefrom people who are fighting for it.” Some questions I ask:How do you define ‘moment making’. (1:14)How has your awareness of the power of moments allowed you to create more moments that matter? (3:52)When joining up the dots, how do you process a backstory of extraordinary pain and shift your mindset to look for growth and meaning. (6:44)How has your dedication to moment making led to career success? (12:14)What first step would you recommend to someone who knows they’re not a ‘front row friend’? (16:55)What do you do on a daily basis to get centered and remind yourself what’s really important in life? (19:20)How does scheduling time for you FIRST allow you to do more? (24:09)Where did you learn about the pendulum analogy? (32:00)How has teaching your message about moment making made you a better recipient of that message? (35:33)How do you stay grounded on a daily basis? (38:51) In this episode, you will hear about: What it means to ‘live life in the front row’. (2:48)The question to ask yourself to become a ‘moment maker’ - for yourself and others. 27. Michael O'Neal - 75 and Sunny

“When something feels like it’s holding you back, my default is to say YES to everything.” In this episode, I get to have a deep dive conversation with someone who knows a thing or two about podcasting! It’s Michael O’Neal, host of the Soulpreneur podcast which has racked up a staggering 681 shows. Mike is an outstanding podcaster and he shared a few insider secrets with me in this show - so if you’re a podcaster too, you’re going to love this one. But I didn’t ask Mike on to talk about his skills! While we do discuss the power of storytelling and interviewing, I wanted to dig into the inspirational story that’s taken him to where he is today. It started back in 2006 when Mike lost both his parents in less than 12 months. Despite achieving a level of success, medical bills soon hemorrhaged his life meaning he was effectively starting from scratch. And that’s when he went to Europe. “Success recognizes hustle.” Mike’s story is about creating your own luck - despite tragedy and troubles. It’s about being 75 and sunny in all areas of his life. And finding a way to build your life around the things you enjoy. Mike is proof that you always have a choice - and that the choices you make in any given circumstances determine the experiences you have. So if you feel as though life is against you right now, take a listen to Mike. You’ll discover how unexpected meetings, events, and situations when you’re down can transform your life in ways you couldn’t imagine. “For anyone that’s in a situation now where it feels terrible and that life is against them… there are numerous people that have had the exact same situation and ended up having the most amazing life.” Some questions I ask:What inspired your trip to Europe? (2:28)Was the message you received something you were actively looking for or did it come out of the blue? (11:49)How do you keep yourself going? (16:44)How long did it take for your strategy to deliver a break? (21:27)How did you train your brain to be able to think at the next level? (23:39)What is your daily routine like and what do you do to keep yourself motivated? (24:48)How do you design your life around your hobbies? How does this work? (28:57)What are the buckets of your life that you try to be ‘75 and sunny’ in? (31:59)In what way did your relationship with money change when you came back from Europe? (37:09)Watch stories and why they’re important to Mike. (38:53)Tell us about your podcast and your show. (41:37)In the midst of all your success, how do you stay grounded. (51:17) In this episode, you will hear about: What caused Mike’s life to hemorrhage in the space of 12 months. (3:17)The meeting with the white-haired guy who was photographed with 5 US presidents - and the life-changing conversation he had with Mike. (6:10)What happened when Mike realized he hadn’t mourned for the death of his two parents - and the journey it led to. (8:05)The $14 turning point. (9:50)What Mike did to get lucky. (17:20)What is starbatrage and barbatrage - and why this made Mike ride his bike to the nicest neighborhoods. (17:47)The reason Mike figured out the answer to, “What are you doing here?” (20:18)Mike’s typical day - and why it includes ‘transformative’ pushups. (26:07)What happens during Mike’s daily entrepreneurial walk or run? (27:35)The two glass of wine buzz! (29:48)Mike’s three tenants of freedom. (30:20)The mindset mantra Mike’s learnt from 681 shows about the most successful people - and why most others don’t do this. (33:31)The longtail success of podcasting, the podcasting faux pas most podcasters make, and Mike’s RANT!
