Heather B. Armstrong

Heather B. Armstrong was what they called a mommy blogger before that became a thing. That turned into influencer marketing and she could not take it anymore. She found herself in a deep depression that had her contemplating taking her own life. She tried a clinical trial at the University of Utah’s Neuropsychiatric Institute, where she was put in a chemically induced coma for 15 minutes at a time for 10 sessions.
