Chelsea Woody, Danielle Black Lyons, and Martina Duran explain the mission of their organization which is to "propagate the culture and sport of women's surfing towards women of color and underrepresented demographics through representation, community, and sisterly camaraderie.". We chat about our love for surfing and the ways in which the surfing industry has changed to include more women in the lineup, yet still leaves many out.
