71. Go One More : Our Ticket to Reaching Our Inner Potential
When I’m on the last rep, of my last set of my workout of the day & I feel like giving up, I tell myself these 3 words. When I’m editing a podcast late in the evening after a long day of work & I just want to snuggle up & bed and pass out, I tell myself these 3 words. GO ONE MORE! What defines us as humans is our ability to tune out the voice in our head that is telling us to give up & toss in the towel. Our plans WILL be disrupted at some point in time, It’s part of life and we have two options when this happens : 1 - Allow it to get to us or 2 - Adjust on the fly & keep it moving.
