I want you to take this episode very seriously because we have honestly been helping a lot of our community members get some very substantial amounts back from the HMRC. Money that they overpaid in stamp duty. I myself have overpaid on two occasions and received refunds for very significant amounts. So in this episode, I'm gonna help you understand whether or not you might qualify for some sort of exemption or a potentially due rebate. In this episode, we're gonna talk about the three essential ingredients that you can use to bake the perfect HMO deal every single time. When I look at every single one of my deals, whether it's something I'm buying myself, whether it's a rent-to-rent deal, or whether it's something I'm just advising somebody on in our community, I'm always thinking about three things.
