The long-awaited Renters Reform Bill has finally been published and is now making its way through Parliament. This is a substantial document with a lot of information to digest. However, I have taken the time to thoroughly review it, and today, I will highlight some of the most important aspects that, as HMO property investors, we need to be aware of and start considering.Overall, I believe this bill is not particularly favourable for landlords. While there are a few positive aspects that we will touch upon, it largely seems to favour tenants. Therefore, we need to understand and adapt to these changes.
