Bridging Science & Spirit | Nisha Manek, MD
#154 This week, my lovely guest is Dr. Nisha J. Manek. Nisha is a Rheumatologist and "a seeker of Truth." She graduated from Case Western Reserve University, Cleveland, Ohio and completed her medical studies at the University of Glasgow, Scotland. In her commitment to innovative approaches to health and wellness, Nisha seeks to synthesize her work as a physician and scientist with Spiritual inquiry and practice. Our conversation revolved around bridging science and spirituality. Nisha tells us about how our preoccupation with technology has distracted us from realizing our true potential as humans. "We have forgotten what we are truly capable of," Dr. Nisha tells us. We also talk about the potentials of medicine, and how if it evolves out from Chemistry, it can be much more healing for the patients and the doctors themselves. In this episode, you will hear answers to questions regarding the importance of intention, and whether it can alter the laws of nature itself. Can one man alter the PH of water, by intention alone? Tune in to hear all about it. About Dr Nisha: Nisha Manek was born in the highlands of Kenya, a region along the Great Rift Valley not far from the equator. She spent her early upbringing in the village of Ol'Kalou in the province of Kenya's famous tea plantations. She completed her medical studies at the University of Glasgow, Scotland, United Kingdom. Nisha did her fellowship in rheumatology at Stanford University, Stanford, California. She was faculty in the Division of Rheumatology at Mayo Clinic, Rochester, Minnesota for more than eleven years. At Mayo Clinic, Nisha served on many boards, including the inflammatory arthritis clinical working group; the task was setting the standard of care for patients with rheumatoid arthritis. Additionally, she served on the research committee for rheumatology assessing new protocols for arthritis studies. In her commitment and dedication to innovative approaches to health and wellness, she seeks to synthesize and unify her work as a physician and scientist with Spiritual inquiry and practice. With mentorship of Dr. William A. Tiller, Professor Emeritus of Stanford University Department of Material Science and Engineering, she is studying the potential power of human consciousness and intention in healing. The Ultimate Of Everything | Dr Todd Ovokaitys
#152 My amazing guest today is Dr. Todd Ovokaitys, with a truly mind-blowing conversation revolving around the concept of cell regeneration and aging. Todd is a medical doctor, formally trained at Johns Hopkins University. Subsequently, when he was the Chief Medical Resident in the Georgetown University, he experienced a deep insight into a method for matching the vibrational states of biological molecules to neutralize toxins and enhance human biochemical functions. In this conversation, Todd tells us all about the potential of Qi laser technology to stimulate the cellular regeneration pathways by direct application to the body. We talk about the potentials of extending the human life span, resolving imbalances caused by generational stress and trauma, and how we can cure diseases by affecting their frequencies. If you are interested in aging backwards and resolving the stress which stores in your body, then this is the episode for you. About Dr Todd: Dr. Todd Ovokaitys M.D did his undergraduate studies at Northwestern University in Evanston, Illinois. After 2 years hee was accepted to an accelerated medical training program at Johns Hopkins University Medical School in Baltimore, Maryland. During this time Dr. Todd also studied voice and classical guitar at the Peabody Institute. He received both BA and MD degrees from Johns Hopkins University. Dr. Todd's subsequent training included an Internship and Residency at Georgetown University Hospital in Washington, DC. He was invited to be a Chief Medical Resident in the Georgetown University system, responsible for the teaching program of medical students, interns, and residents. While at Georgetown, Dr. Todd experienced a deep insight into an elegant method for matching the vibrational states of biological molecules to neutralize toxins and enhance human biochemical functions. He ultimately co-developed a fundamentally new laser electromagnetic resonance technology called QiLaser. Dr. Ovokaitys's Qi laser technology platform also has the potential to stimulate the cellular regeneration pathways by direct application to the body. The range of modalities also includes the state of the art of stem cell therapies, particularly amplified umbilical cord blood stem cells as well as autologous stem cells derived from the person being treated that are then concentrated and delivered back to the person from whom they were derived. I have just gotten back from our Live In Flow Retreat. As you can imagine, the were many conversations around the current situations going on within our beautiful planet. This inspired me to re-post this episode I did with ex-journalist and media presenter (and good friend) Marcus Pearce. Shine On: The Remarkable Near Death Experience of David Ditchfield
#149 Have you ever wondered what happens after we die? That is a seemingly unanswerable question, because most people don't return from that experience to then talk about it. But David is one of the lucky few. David Ditchfield is an author, composer, and an artist with an incredibly mind-blowing story. In 2006, he survived being dragged under a speeding train and now has made it his life mission to spread a positive message and change people's lives for the better. In our conversation, we talked about his near-death experience and how he was able to open up about it almost immediately, and despite being dyslexic, write a book about his journey. I hope listening to this episode helps you understand the concept and the joy of living in the moment. I also hope it gives you something to think about when it comes to the fear of death, and how we are all here for a purpose. Enjoy! About David: David Ditchfield is an NDE-inspired artist, composer, near-death experiencer and author. He wants to use his NDE to make a positive difference to people's lives. After surviving being dragged under a speeding train in a freakish accident in 2006, David found solace in art and music. He wrote a book called Shine On about his journey, and now spends his second chance at life painting dramatic paintings of what he had seen in the afterlife, with an artistic ability far beyond what he had before, and composing classical music. He discovered a talent for composition after having survived the accident. He had never received any musical training, and to this day cannot read or write a single note of musical notation. However, his debut NDE-inspired symphony, The Divine Light, was premiered at a sell-out orchestral concert to a standing ovation. He currently lives, paints, and composes in a converted riverside mill near Cambridge, UK. www.shineonthestory.com David's Music: www.shineonthestory.com/#Listen Key points with time stamp: David's work in his own words (0:16) Reactions to David's story and near-death experience (1:20) What was David before being an artist and composer? The Mental Skill Of Remote Viewing | Paul H Smith
#148 This week, my amazing guest is Paul Smith. Paul started his career with remote viewing as, in his words, a psychic spy for the American military in 1983, and is now the longest serving controlled remote viewing teacher active today. During our very interesting and informative conversation, we talked about remote viewing, its nature, and its history. Paul talks to us about his journey with remote viewing and working as a psychic spy for the military. I hope that listening to our conversation makes you realize just how vast the spectrum of our minds' abilities is and how we can do anything we wish if we, quite literally, put our minds to it. I know that for me, listening to the stories of people like Paul is really inspiring and makes me realize how we are truly so much more than we give ourselves credit for. About Paul: Paul Smith is the longest serving controlled remote viewing (CRV) teacher active today, having begun his career as an instructor in 1984. He served for seven years in the government's Star Gate remote viewing program at Ft. Meade, MD (from September 1983 to August 1990). Starting in 1984, he became one of only five Star Gate personnel to be personally trained as remote viewers by the legendary founders of remote viewing, Ingo Swann and Dr. Harold E. Puthoff at SRI-International. Paul was the primary author of the government RV program's CRV training manual and served as theory instructor for new CRV trainee personnel, as well as source recruiting officer, unit security officer, and unit historian. He went on to teach controlled remote viewing to such well-known remote viewing personalities as Lyn Buchanan, Mel Riley and David Morehouse.
