040 - Adam Heller
Adam Heller is the author and creator of the well-known "Zero Pain Now," program. Zero Pain Now was tested and piloted at The Mayo Clinic for patients with Chronic Pain and had a 97% cure rate - 97%! Adam joins me for a fascinating conversation about the origins of the program, why he created the program and some really great stories that have occurred since he developed this. Zero Pain Now is a uniquely simple take on Neuroplasticity and has helped people all over the world overcome their chronic pain.

039 - Jeremy Whitacre
We LOVE success stories! This is my all-time favorite success story. Jeremy Whitacre struggled with back and neck pain for a long time; he sought the help of medical specialists and ultimately an experience with a chiropractor was what he needed to know that he needed to be the one to cure his pain.
Jeremy Whitacre wrote a killer story of his 100% eradication of pain symptoms. I've brought up Jeremy's story on several previous episodes because of how baffling it is - we get into the weeds and talk through his story. I have linked the full blog post that originally brought me to Jeremy below.
The best way to support the show is by writing a review on iTunes/Apple Podcasts and letting us know what you like about the show - it will take you less than 1 minute!

034 - TMS and Chronic Pain are a Good Thing
The speedometer in your car tells you how fast you're going and the RPM meter lets you know when you're pushing it too hard; what if we had something like this for ourselves?
I breakdown the 2500+ listens from August as well - the best month for the podcast ever!

Kelsey Graham healed a myriad of symptoms including chronic Pelvic Pain and Fibromyalgia. We deep-dive into her past and see the Symptom Imperative in motion; when one problem heals, another problem begins.

032 - Who Can and Can't Heal from Chronic Pain?
A lot of people are stuck in the cycle of chronic pain and I recently got asked to discuss an article on the people who can and cannot heal. I give my opinions on why some people are stuck and some tips on where they can get unstuck.
I also discuss an article I wrote for a website recently about my chronic pain story. Once I got it all down on paper it was really amazing to see how much we all have in common. You can find that article here: From President's Club to chronic pain: How one top-performing sales rep conquered chronic pain with an unexpected cure

031 - Michael Galinsky (Co-Creator of "All the Rage, Saved by Sarno")
Michael Galinsky is a filmmaker from Chapel Hill, North Carolina - he started making films in the late 80s. Galinsky is most known by the TMS/Sarno crowd for his co-creating of "All the Rage," a film that follows Michael through his chronic pain all the way to his full healing (link below). I sit down with Galinsky as we discuss some of his projects, his encounters with Dr. Sarno, his take on TMS and why he doesn't call it TMS, among other things.
