The CrossFit Games occurred a few weekends back...and that brings up an interesting observation for me...

Mike owned several very successful CrossFit affiliates in MN and then had a vision for a new workout style that nobody had exploited yet.   So he went all in on this new venture (Alchemy 365) and they have had nothing but rapid growth over the past several years. Mike will be sharing with you the deep dive into how he went through this creative process, built a new class that turned into a new business model and has scaled it to over 6 locations in two states thus far - with plenty more in the future. While I still work microgym owners to help un-fuck their business, I've been taking on more and more personal brand development clients and I thought I'd share some of my thoughts when it comes to developing a "personal brand"

When was the last time the other gurus made content on this?   I'll wait.... Exactly... Enjoy. 

Before we can make a sale, we need to have someone attention.   Before we get their attention, we need to craft a message that is educational or entertaining to them. Before we craft that message, we have to be educated or entertaining... You get the idea.  Enjoy. 

You live life like everything is perfectly fine with your business, until a fire needs to be put out and then it's HOLY FUCK WHAT THE HELL FML JESUS HELP ME situation.  Let's stop doing that. 

Seriously...regardless of what problem you have within in your business, this needs to be your first priority...
