During the first weekend in October 2021, my microgym was broken into and heavily vandalized. Don't worry, everything is back in orderly condition and we are back up and running - BUT...it did further a thesis I've been feeling out in my brain recently regarding how I view the brick and mortar business moving forward.

So here it is, in all it's glory.  Joe and I dive into what it means for us to achieve "success", how we define it and the social constructs that we believe are in place to either support or hurt your efforts.

Two types of owners: 1.  Those who make mistakes, learn and quickly pivot. 2.  Those who dwell, leading them to more mistakes and slowed growth. Don't be the second owner. 

Retail is typically one of the last items on my checklist when business coaching with a microgym. However, it's a significant one for several reasons. And an item that many owners ignorantly overlook because they don't understand it's value and how to properly do it. This is my take on building retail within your microgym.

This content has generated me over $1 million dollars in revenue since I started.  Here's what I would recommend to anyone who wants to start putting out content.
